Galera Fiz uma compra na Amain Hobbyns, saio dia 27 de fevereiro, e hoje dia 27 de abral nada chegou ja fazem 60 dias
solicitei o numero do reatreamento e eles não tem, o que devo fazer???

At this point we can only assume that your order has been lost in transit. There is no way for us to track your order due to the method that you had chosen for delivery. This is what it says on orders shipped first class mail.
USPS First Class Mail International
Delivery varies, tracking is not available, package is insured. While most packages are delivered within 15 business days, in rare instances, delays of up to 60 days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days (60 days for First Class Mail International shipments) from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us. Please complete our Lost Package Claim Form Form and mail or fax it to us for our review.
